3. Services and Payments

Service Process:

After you contact us, we will discuss your project, confirm the package, and agree on pricing and deliverables via direct communication.

You must provide required documents and details (e.g., project brief, sound specifications) within 48 hours of our request. If you fail to provide these after reasonable attempts to contact you, delivery may be delayed or the order canceled without refund.

We will deliver the custom audio files within the agreed timeframe (24, 48, or 72 hours) from the later of: (a) receipt of full payment; and (b) receipt of all necessary materials from you.

Payments: All transactions are handled personally after direct communication. Payments must be made in the cryptocurrency agreed upon (e.g., Bitcoin, Ethereum), with details provided during coordination.

Refund Policy: Payments are non-refundable once the service is delivered, except if:

We fail to deliver the service as agreed.

The committed delivery time (24, 48, or 72 hours, as defined above) is exceeded due to our fault.

The delivered audio files do not materially conform to the agreed specifications (excluding subjective preferences), and we cannot rectify the issue within a reasonable timeframe after your written notification.

If delivery is delayed due to your failure to provide necessary materials or respond to our communications, the timeframe will be extended accordingly, and no refund will be issued for the delay. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed in the original cryptocurrency paid.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the site (e.g., text, portfolio samples) is owned by GameSoundAI and protected by copyright laws.

Upon delivery and full payment, ownership and copyright of the custom audio files created for your project are transferred to you, the client, for unrestricted use in your game or related purposes. We retain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio, including on our website and social media channels, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. User-Submitted Content

Information you submit via the Contact page or during service coordination (e.g., project briefs) must be accurate, lawful, and relevant.

You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use this content solely to fulfill your service request.
